For me to write a review of this Spa is quite simple. I do not think there are enough words to fully explain really. I have visited Kasia Spa for over three years, around fourteen visits in all and sampled many of the delightful treatments they have on offer. From starting out having our "away, pampering yourself silly" days, we have had the ultimate facials, full massages, hammans, all of which were executed by wonderful therapists who are all very professional and well versed in all areas.

From when we arrived on our first visit (which was a hen party of 14!) we were made to feel at home, the reception staff Victoria and Ruth greeted us with a cheery, welcoming smile and took us through our day so we knew everything straight away.
We were so impressed that we have returned time and time again, taken friends and relatives too so they can feel totally wonderful...that is how we always feel when we leave! The therapists are amazing, today I had Ann Marie and Kylie..thanks girls I feel like a million dollars tonight! But having said that, every therapist has been wonderful. they put you completely at ease and they treat everyone the same. Brilliant staff, cannot find fault at all with any aspect of the spa.

The use of the pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms is an added bonus and having the slippers and towelling robes is another plus as you do not have towels etc to bring with you. I love the snooze room and the fruits they provide we can lay down and snooze at any time between treatments. We usually book the Day Escape and add another treatment to make each visit really special, it is lovely to relax and chat without thinking about home once in a while too.

I must not forget the wonderful food. My favourite on the menu is Tepura Prawns and Thai Green Chicken Curry....superb! The chef is great. We also get a sneaky dessert too (too good to miss) Jo is marvellous! She is like a family member we have seen her so often, we enjoy a wonderful service from her, she is efficient, friendly and so very helpful too. We just love you all at our lovely Spa, thank you so much,
